VOLARE EXPANDS BUSINESS ABROAD AND SELLS 22 MINIBUSES TO CHILE


The vehicles were delivered to Buses Hualpén, which already has more than 500 units of the brand, and have a special configuration for severe weather conditions


As part of its strategy to expand the brand's operations and presence in the international market, Volare, a leading Brazilian manufacturer of minibuses, delivered 22 new Fly 9 vehicles to Chile's Buses Hualpén this May. The micro buses, sold through the concessionaire Mundo Buses, have a special configuration and will be used in the Puntarenas region, in severe climatic conditions of extreme cold, snow and sub-zero temperatures. Traditional Volare customer, the company has acquired 487 units of the brand since 2007.


“Chile is a strategic market for our brand. Volare's positioning to develop vehicles focused on customer operation and optimization of investment and efficiency has been fundamental for resuming business growth in Brazil and abroad”, says Bruna Madalosso, commercial consultant responsible for serving the Chilean market.


The 22 Volare Fly 9 buses have a total length of 9,040mm, with two configurations, with and without a restroom, for 18 and 21 passengers, both with 1090 semi sleeper seats with USB sockets, monitor, audio and video system with DVD and headphone socket, and air conditioning system (hot and cold), with enhanced heating for extreme temperatures. They also have a total separation wall, curtains, electronic itinerary, luggage compartment and front and rear fog beams.


Buses Hualpén is one of the most important companies in Chile in the national segment of private transportation of people with operations throughout the country and presence in different sectors of the economy. Founded in 1976, it has a modern fleet with unique vehicles to serve customers in the road, intercity and charter segments.
